Quality, awards & certifications

Quality you can
put your name on.

If you list under your own brand, your retailer audits the site where the oil is made. Here is what that site holds, and what travels with every shipment.

Olive varieties

Three cultivars, one blending room.

Choosing cultivars is not merely a tasting exercise. They are how a producer hits a different price and flavour position without changing supplier.

Picholine
The classic Moroccan profile. Rounded, recognisable, and the safest choice for a broad retail audience.
Koroneiki
Intense and fruity, with higher polyphenol content. Suited to specialty retail and premium positioning.
Arbequina
Mild, soft and accessible. Works where the category is new or the consumer prefers a gentle oil.
Custom blends
Blended to an agreed sensory and analytical target, then locked as the reference for future lots.
Recognised for excellence

Our oils have won
international awards.

Competition panels judge olive oil on two things: chemistry with no defects, and sensory character strong enough to stand out in a blind tasting. Our top lots have been entered and awarded on that basis.

That matters commercially for one reason. The same lots come off the same production line as the oil in a private label or distribution programme, so the quality ceiling you are buying against is a proven one. Award details are available on request.

Compliance

Certified production.

We produce from two sources: our own facility in Morocco, where certification is in progress, and a long-standing partner mill certified to the standards below. Programmes destined for certified retail supply are produced at the certified site, and those certificates are supplied in full during supplier approval.

BRC Grade AA
The grade most European retailers require before an own-brand supplier can be listed.
IFS Food
Widely used for supplier approval by retail groups in Germany, France and the Benelux.
ISO 22000
Food safety management across the full production process.
ONSSA
Moroccan food safety authority approval, required for export production.
FDA
Facility registration, as required for shipments entering the United States.
Halal & Kosher
Certification with documentation supplied per lot.
Traceability
Every lot is traceable back to harvest and mill and is supplied with a certificate of analysis.
