OLYF-FARM produces and supplies olive oil for private label, bulk and distribution, from a production operation built for export volume.
A producer, not a trading desk.
Morocco has the climate, the varieties and the harvest window to produce excellent olive oil. It has often lacked producers set up to supply international retail: certified, documented, consistent lot after lot, and able to hold volume through the year.
OLYF-FARM exists to close that gap. We work from over 1,000 hectares of cultivated groves, through milling, storage and bottling, to a palletised product that arrives at your warehouse with the paperwork your buyer will ask for.
Our own retail brand OLYFIA is sold in European markets, and the same production operation supplies private label programmes and bulk contracts elsewhere.

One standard.
Buyers ask this early and deserve a straight answer, because it determines which certificates end up in their supplier approval file.
Olyfia Morocco S.A.R.L. operates our own groves and production facility in Driouch. Certification for this site is in progress.
We work with a long-standing partner mill certified to BRC Grade AA, IFS Food and ISO 22000. Programmes destined for certified retail supply are produced at the certified site, and those certificates are supplied in full during supplier approval.
The practical effect for you: whichever route your programme takes, the specification, the documentation and the certificates you receive are the ones your retailer will audit.
