OLYF-FARM · Production
Production & supply chainScale without
compromising quality.
Capacity is what turns a good sample into a supply agreement. These are the numbers behind every offer we make.
Capacity
The operation in numbers.
- 1,000+ hectares
- Groves under cultivation, planted with Picholine, Koroneiki and Arbequina and managed for consistent annual yield.
- 300 tonnes per day
- Crushing capacity. Continuous cold extraction, sized to absorb peak harvest without holding fruit overnight.
- 3,500 tonnes
- Tank storage, temperature-controlled. This is what makes year-round supply possible rather than seasonal.
- 20,000 bottles per day
- Bottling capacity across glass and PET, with labelling, coding and case packing in one pass.
- 30+ markets
- Export destinations served, with the documentation each market requires.
- 50 million+ bottles
- Supplied to date.
The value chain
One chain. Complete control.
Every step between the tree and your warehouse happens inside one operation. That is what makes the specification you approve in January the same one you receive in October.
01
Groves
Irrigation, pruning and harvest timing managed against a production plan.
02
Harvest
Fruit picked and milled the same day. Time between tree and press is the largest single variable in free acidity.
03
Milling
Cold extraction on a continuous line at up to 300 tonnes per day.
04
Storage
Tank storage under controlled conditions, released against agreed schedules.
05
Bottling
Blended to an approved target, then filled, labelled, coded and palletised for export.
