- Grade
- Extra virgin, virgin, or refined and blended olive oil. Specify the grade your process or listing requires.
- Specification
- Free acidity, peroxide value, K232 and K270, and the sensory panel result where relevant.
- Volume & schedule
- Total contract volume and how you want it called off across the year.
- Delivery format
- Flexitank, IBC or drum. Ex works, FOB or CIF to your port.
- Destination
- Country of import, so we can confirm the documentation and certification you will need.
Behind the volume
Storage is what makes supply year-round.
Olive oil is a harvest product. Most suppliers can offer sharply in December and go quiet by June. Contract buyers cannot work that way.
With 3,500 tonnes of tank capacity, volume from the campaign is held and released against agreed schedules. Your call-off in August is drawn from stock that has been stored and monitored, not from a spot purchase on the open market.
