What we collect
- Enquiry data. When you submit the B2B enquiry form we receive your name, business email, company, website, country, area of interest, estimated volume, packaging preference and any message you write.
- Source data. If you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the referring page, and your IP address are sent with the enquiry so we know which channel it came from.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as there is an active commercial relationship or prospect, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered by email to our sales team and are stored with our hosting and email provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Fonts, cookies and tracking
The fonts used on this site are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to a third-party font provider when you load a page. This site sets no tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, they will only load after you give consent, and this statement will be updated first.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to sales@olyffarm.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
